Serintepe’s Streets Are Getting New Concrete Surfaces

As part of the road renovation works, Bornova Mayor Ömer Eşki inspected the concrete paving operations in Serintepe Neighborhood on site. Noting that streets in need of repair had been identified one by one in cooperation with the neighborhood headman, Mayor Eşki announced that all works would be completed within a week. He emphasized that Bornova’s comprehensive road improvement initiative, including asphalt, interlocking paving stones, and concrete surfacing, would continue without interruption until every street in the district receives the comfort and quality it deserves.

As part of the extensive road renovation works underway throughout the district, Bornova Mayor Ömer Eşki visited Serintepe Neighborhood in the Altındağ area. Accompanied by Neighborhood Headman Latif Tek and technical department officials, Mayor Eşki inspected the ongoing works and reaffirmed the municipality’s commitment to working tirelessly until infrastructure problems on every street in Bornova are resolved.

“After Çamkule, It’s Serintepe’s Turn”

Stating that municipal teams are working intensively on the ground to improve transportation conditions across the district, Bornova Mayor Ömer Eşki said:

“We are in Serintepe Neighborhood, in the Altındağ area. Our teams are carrying out their work here with great care, under the leadership and guidance of our neighborhood headman. Together with him, we have identified every street in the neighborhood that requires urgent intervention, one by one. Following the successful work we carried out in Çamkule Neighborhood, we have now launched our second major concrete paving initiative here.”

All Streets to Be Renovated Within a Week

Announcing that the work would be completed in a short period, Mayor Eşki said:

“Within just one week, we will complete the concrete paving works on all streets in Serintepe that need them and make them available to our residents. Our colleagues in the relevant department will ensure that residents receive the high-quality services they deserve, without compromise. Our streets will become more functional, modern, and suitable for healthy living, meeting the expectations of neighborhood residents.”

Emphasizing that the municipality works in close cooperation with neighborhood headmen and local residents, Mayor Eşki continued:

“We will not stop until every street in Bornova has the surface it needs, whether asphalt, interlocking paving stones, or concrete. We will continue our work with determination. Our neighborhood headman keeps up a friendly pressure on us to bring more services to his neighborhood. It looks like we will have to exceed the figures we initially discussed and agreed upon and pave even more streets with concrete. So be it! Whatever is needed for Bornova, Altındağ, and the people of Serintepe, we are ready to make it happen. Everything we do is for the happiness and comfort of Bornova residents.”
