Registrations Begin for the New Term at Children’s Play and Activity Centers

Bornova Municipality’s Children’s Play and Activity Centers have started registrations for the new term. Serving children aged 3–6 at 10 different locations across the district, the centers are reopening their doors for the 2025–2026 school year as the summer holiday comes to an end. Bornova Mayor Ömer Eşki invited all families in need to benefit from this service.

The Children’s Play and Activity Centers operate in 10 different locations: Naldöken, Evka 3, Merkez, Mevlana, Serintepe, Pınarbaşı, Atatürk, Altındağ, and two centers in Doğanlar Neighborhood. Particularly popular among mothers, these centers provide a safe environment where children can spend half a day, two days a week, under the guidance of professional educators. This allows families to leave their children in trusted care while taking time for themselves or managing their daily tasks.

A Safe and Educational Environment

Emphasizing that children are the guarantee of the future, Mayor Ömer Eşki said:
“These centers contribute to our children’s social development while also giving families peace of mind. For parents, finding a safe place to entrust their children is a great need. Here, children both have fun and socialize with their peers. We encourage families to act quickly so their children can enjoy a safe and educational environment.”

Information and Registration

Applications will be received directly at the Children’s Play and Activity Centers. Families who wish to benefit from this service can also get information by calling Bornova Municipality at 0232 999 29 29 (extensions 2031–2035).
