Bornova Municipality's Home-Based Physiotherapy Service is provided for residents who require physiotherapy support in their homes. The service aims to improve mobility, promote physical activity, and enhance overall quality of life.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following conditions:

• Have a diagnosis from a specialist physician indicating the need for physiotherapy.
• Have difficulty accessing a physiotherapy center or be unable to leave home due to their physical condition.
• Be unable to receive physiotherapy services from public or private healthcare providers due to financial limitations.

Services Provided

• Home-based physiotherapy following an eligibility assessment
• A treatment plan consisting of 10 sessions, scheduled twice a week
• Personalized exercise and physical activity program
• Patient education, guidance, and follow-up

Important Notes

• No physiotherapy equipment or medical devices are used during home visits.
• The service does not include prescribing medications.
