Summer Animation Film Screenings Get Underway

Bornova Municipality's Open-Air Cinema Summer Animation Film Days kicked off with its first screening in Evka-4, attracting a large number of children and families. The free event series will continue throughout July, bringing popular animated films to different neighborhoods across Bornova, accompanied by complimentary popcorn and lemonade.

The opening screening took place behind the Naim Süleymanoğlu Sports Complex in Evka-4, where audiences enjoyed the animated feature Hotel Transylvania 3. The event created a lively atmosphere as neighborhood residents gathered to experience the joy of watching a movie under the stars. Children and their families enjoyed a memorable evening together, with free popcorn and lemonade adding to the festive atmosphere.

A Different Neighborhood Every Week

The program aims to revive the traditional neighborhood spirit by offering free outdoor film screenings in various parts of Bornova throughout the summer. All screenings begin at 9:00 p.m.

Bornova Mayor Ömer Eşki expressed his satisfaction with the enthusiastic turnout, saying:

"Seeing the happiness of our children and their families at our first screening brought us great joy.
