Women Come Together at the Healthy Food Workshops

As part of the Healthy Food Workshops organized by the Bornova Municipality’s Department of Agricultural Services, women gathered at the Evka 3 Kitchen Workshop to learn how to make natural, additive-free olives, pickles, and noodles. During the three-day training sessions, participants not only enjoyed the pleasure of producing but also found opportunities to socialize. Mayor Ömer Eşki emphasized that healthy production is the foundation of a strong society and stated that such initiatives will continue.

Bornova Municipality continues its Healthy Food Workshops with the goal of encouraging healthy and natural nutrition. Within the scope of the program organized by the Department of Agricultural Services, women met at the Evka 3 Kitchen Workshop to learn traditional, additive-free methods of preparing olives, pickles, and noodles.

Led by culinary experts, the workshops were held over a three-day period. Participants gained new skills while enjoying the joy of producing and sharing together.
