Supplementary food donation for cats and dogs

A company operating in the field of animal health, General Veteriner İlaçları, donated 1,128 supplementary food products to Bornova Belediyesi to support the nutrition of cats and dogs. The donated products were delivered to the Can Dostlar Yerleşkesi located in Pınarbaşı.

The products were handed over by company representative Veterinarian Kadir Gül to Melike Alpdağ, Director of Veterinary Affairs at Bornova Municipality. The handover ceremony took place at the Pınarbaşı Bakımevi ve Rehabilitasyon Merkezi.

Support for the health of stray animals

As part of the donation, a total of 1,128 products that will support the nutrition of cats and dogs at the shelter were delivered to the municipality. 888 of the products will be used for cats and 240 for dogs as supplementary food.

Veterinarian Kadir Gül, who delivered the donation, emphasized the importance of cooperation between institutions for the health of stray animals:

“We made this donation to contribute to the healthy lives of our animal friends. We are happy that these products will reach animals in need.”

Melike Alpdağ, Director of Veterinary Affairs at Bornova Municipality, thanked the company for its support and stated:

“Such support is very important for the care and nutrition of the animals in the Can Dostlar Campus. This donation will make a significant contribution to the health of our animals.”
