Investment in Education in Bornova, Reward for Success

Students who ranked highly in the district-wide TYT and LGS mock exams organized by the Bornova Municipality Youth Education Center (BELGEM) visited Mayor Ömer Eşki. Mayor Eşki congratulated the successful students, presented them with tablets, and emphasized that the municipality’s support for education will continue.

Students who placed in the district-wide mock exams organized by BELGEM visited Mayor Ömer Eşki. During the visit, the successful students were presented with tablets. Bornova Municipality Social Services Director Damla Çelik Kaya and BELGEM Director Süheyla Kayalı also attended the meeting.

Congratulating each student individually, Mayor Eşki emphasized that investing in education is an investment in the future. He said:
The determination and perseverance of our young people give us hope. In line with our social municipality approach, we will continue to expand equal opportunities in education. As long as you keep working hard, we will continue to stand by you. One of our greatest goals is to see nationwide top-ranking students coming from Bornova.

Students stated that regular mock exams help prepare them for the real exam atmosphere and that their disciplined study programs play a major role in their success. Thanking Bornova Municipality, they said:
Thanks to the free and high-quality educational support provided by BELGEM, we feel stronger. Knowing that we are not alone on the road to success increases our motivation.

At the end of the visit, the students received tablets as gifts, and the day concluded with a commemorative photo.

In the district-wide TYT Mock Exam, Halit Efe Karabulut ranked first, Tamer Mercan second, and Arda Açar third. In the LGS Mock Exam, İsmail Pirinçci, Berrin Oruç, and Mehmet Ali Hasgül achieved an important success by placing in the top three.
