Resume

He was born in Izmir in 1976. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Istanbul, Izmir and Adana. He graduated from Bornova Çimentaş High School in 1993. He graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department of Classical Archaeology in 2005.

During his archaeology education, he took part in the Bayraklı Smyrna excavations. He worked in the clothing sector for 11 years starting from 2008. He was elected as the headman of Bornova Meriç Neighborhood in the 2019 local elections. During the same period, he served as a CHP Bornova District Executive Board member and as the Women's Branch President for 3.5 years.

He was elected as a CHP Izmir Provincial Disciplinary Board member in 2023, as a Bornova Municipality Council Member in the 2024 local elections and then as the Deputy Mayor of the Political Municipality. Bölük, who is a member of the Historical Cities Union and Healthy Cities Union councils, is responsible for the Museum Directorate, Women and Family Services Directorate and Health Affairs Directorate.
