JOB DESCRIPTION

• ECRIMISIL (Illegal Occupation Compensation)
To conduct the necessary identification and accrual processes in case of illegal occupation of municipal properties, organize the eviction process if needed, and ensure documentation and archiving of related files.

• LEASING AND SALES
To carry out all secretarial procedures (specifications, announcements, etc.) related to the tendering process of all properties owned or controlled by the Municipality in accordance with Law No. 2886 and related regulations. To execute all necessary procedures for leasing operations in compliance with Laws No. 4734 and 5393 and their annexes.

• EXPROPRIATION
To include areas required for public services within the municipal boundaries into the zoning program and carry out expropriation procedures in compliance with Laws No. 2942 and 4650 and their respective regulations. To prepare official opinions of the directorate regarding disputed expropriation cases and ensure the documentation and archiving of all related materials.

• ALL ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS AND GENERAL RECORD KEEPING
To monitor and archive all administrative procedures and record-keeping activities carried out within the directorate.

• PROPERTY ALLOCATION, RECORDING, AND SHARE SALES
To manage the inventory records, allocation, establishment, and sales of shared parcels of municipal real estate in accordance with Laws No. 5393, 5018, and 3194 and their respective regulations.

• PROCEDURES UNDER LAW NO. 775
To carry out all land registry and court correspondence related to the removal of annotations on properties in accordance with the Squatter Law (Law No. 775).
