To provide quality, affordable meals and food products to residents within the boundaries of Bornova Municipality, particularly students, low-income citizens, and retirees, through municipal public restaurants (Kent Lokantaları), cafés, and butcher shops; to operate a girls’ student dormitory to meet the accommodation needs of female students; to operate parking facilities; and to produce and sell asphalt.
