The Köseoğlu Sisters Present the “We” Exhibition

Bornova Municipality is hosting a special exhibition that reflects the unifying power of art. The collaborative works of painter sisters Özlem Köseoğlu and Özge Köseoğlu have met art lovers in Bornova. Featuring diverse techniques and unique artistic expressions, the “We” Mixed Painting Exhibition has opened its doors to visitors.

The exhibition can be visited at the Uğur Mumcu Culture and Arts Center until June 13.

Different Techniques, One Shared Emotion: “We”

The “We” Mixed Painting Exhibition brings together the distinct perspectives and artistic disciplines of two sisters under one roof. The collection includes works created with oil paint, acrylics, mixed media, and contemporary interpretations, exploring themes such as humanity, nature, women, identity, emotion, and life.

The artworks, the result of the sisters’ long-standing artistic journey, invite viewers on an inner exploration through colors, figures, and symbols. While demonstrating how the bond of sisterhood can evolve into artistic production, the exhibition also highlights the harmony that can emerge from different artistic styles.
