Wedding Dresses Turn Dreams into Reality

Bornova Municipality is supporting young couples facing financial difficulties by providing donated wedding dresses free of charge, helping them on one of the happiest days of their lives. Applications are received through the Çamdibi Women’s Counseling Center, and eligible applicants can benefit from this support. Mayor Ömer Eşki emphasized that they will continue to strengthen social municipal services by expanding solidarity.

Bornova Municipality offers meaningful support to young couples experiencing economic hardship in line with its social municipality approach. Within the scope of the project “We Stand by You in the Signature of Happiness,” wedding dresses obtained through donations are provided free of charge to those in need.

Mayor Ömer Eşki highlighted that the project fosters a culture of solidarity, stating:
“It is very valuable for us to stand by our young people on the most special day of their lives. Social municipalism is not only about providing services but also about offering hope. We will continue to expand solidarity and reach more citizens.”

Applications via the Women’s Counseling Center

Citizens who wish to benefit from the support can apply through the Çamdibi Women’s Counseling Center and complete the necessary documentation. Applicants are evaluated based on their social and economic conditions, and eligible individuals are provided with wedding dress support.
