Bornova Expands Its Education Investments with a New BELGEM Branch

New BELGEM Branch to Open in Altındağ

Bornova Municipality is expanding its education network with a new BELGEM branch at the Altındağ Central Neighborhood Municipal Service Building. Registration for the new branch will begin on August 17. The branch will offer English courses for 4th graders, academic support programs for middle school students, and LGS preparation courses for 8th graders. Bornova Mayor Ömer Eşki emphasized that the new investment in Altındağ aims to bring quality education closer to children and further advance equal opportunities in education.

Bornova Municipality continues to expand its network of services with the goal of promoting equal opportunities in education. BELGEM, which makes a significant contribution to the academic development of children and young people in Bornova, is opening its doors in Altındağ Central Neighborhood with a new branch. Applications for the 2026–2027 academic year courses at the new branch, which will operate within the Altındağ Central Neighborhood Municipal Service Building, will begin on August 17.

Comprehensive Curriculum Tailored to Different Age Groups

The new branch has been prepared with modern facilities to meet the educational needs of students in the Altındağ area. The following programs will be offered:

  • 4th Grade: English course
  • 5th, 6th and 7th Grades: Academic support programs
  • 8th Grade: High School Entrance System (LGS) preparation course

Emphasizing their commitment to providing quality services throughout Bornova, Mayor Ömer Eşki said:

As Bornova Municipality, we are determined to continue expanding our physical branches and resources to ensure that no child is left behind in education.”

Registration Details and Document Submission

Online registration for the new branch courses, where capacity is limited, will be available through kurs.bornova.bel.tr. Parents who complete the preliminary online registration must personally submit the required documents for final registration to the Çamdibi Central BELGEM Building.
