Residents disturbed by the foul odors coming from an apartment building on 35th Street in Erzene Neighborhood reported the situation to Bornova Municipality. Joint Operation by Municipal Police and Cleaning Teams

Bornova Municipality teams went to the address to protect the health of Y.S., an elderly man living alone, and address the problems affecting the neighborhood. When they opened the door, they were confronted with what was essentially a mountain of accumulated waste.
