Registrations Have Started for the Circumcision Festival!

Registrations have started for the mass circumcision festival organized by Bornova Municipality for children aged 4–12 from low-income families. Bornova Mayor Ömer Eşki stated that this social project aims to ease the financial burden on families while creating joyful memories for children.

Bornova Municipality continues to strengthen the spirit of solidarity in the district through meaningful social projects under its social municipality approach. The application process has officially begun for the traditional circumcision festival organized for the children of families in need across the city.

Application Deadline: June 5, 2026

Within the scope of the event, registrations will be accepted for children between the ages of 4 and 12. Families are required to complete their applications by June 5, 2026 at the latest.

Registration Location: Neighborhood Headmen’s Offices

To make the application process easier for residents, registrations will be collected directly through neighborhood headmen’s offices (muhtarlıklar). Citizens only need to visit the nearest muhtarlık and fill out the application form.
