The building is located at the entrance (Mahfel) of Fevzi Çakmak Street from Ankara Street. This house was built by the Aliotti Family. The Aliottis, who came to Chios from Florence in 1862 and to Izmir in 1822, were one of the noble families of Italy. After the Aliotti Family, the mansion was used by the Topuz Family (Michel Topuz) and has been used as a dental clinic since 2015.
