Bornova Municipality has begun digitally mapping its streets and avenues using Netcad 360 technology. The system accelerates data collection and inspection processes while enabling the detection of unauthorized construction and environmental issues without requiring field visits.

Mayor Ömer Eşki stated that the application will play a significant role in advancing Bornova’s smart city vision.

With the new system, municipal teams can analyze building facades, road conditions, environmental elements, and address information directly from their desks, saving both time and resources.

Rapid Detection of Unauthorized Construction

By comparing regularly updated 360-degree images, authorities can quickly identify illegal structures, permit violations, and environmental issues.

Easier Access for Citizens

Integrated with the city guide system, the platform enables residents to access address and neighborhood information digitally, offering valuable insight before purchasing, selling, or renting property.
