A New Step in Digital Transformation from Bornova Municipality

18 June 2026

e-Eksper Service Launched

Appraisal Procedures Now Available Online from a Single Platform

Bornova Municipality has launched the e-Eksper application, bringing appraisal procedures into the digital environment. Application submissions, payments, and access to archived documents can now be completed online without visiting the municipality. Mayor Ömer Eşki stated that, through digital transformation initiatives led by the Smart City and Innovation Center, Bornova aims to become one of the leading cities that both develop and utilize technology.

As part of its digital municipality vision, Bornova Municipality has introduced the e-Eksper application. Through the new system, appraisers can complete application procedures, payment transactions, and access archival documents entirely online, without having to visit municipal offices.

By expanding technology-driven solutions in urban governance, Bornova Municipality continues to streamline services for citizens and professional groups while reducing bureaucracy. The e-Eksper application is one of the latest initiatives designed to make appraisal processes faster, more transparent, and more accessible.

From the Digital Twin to e-Eksper: A Continuing Transformation

Digital transformation projects carried out within the Bornova Municipality Smart City and Innovation Center are opening the door to a new era in urban management. Through the Bornova Digital Twin project—one of the pioneering local government initiatives in Türkiye—city data can now be monitored and analyzed in real time. The e-Eksper application has been introduced as another important component of this transformation.

Committed to integrating digital technologies not only into urban management but also into every stage of municipal services, Bornova Municipality continues to develop projects that accelerate processes and ensure more efficient use of resources.

Fast and Secure Service in Three Simple Steps

Transactions through the e-Eksper application can be completed in three basic steps:

Submit Your Application

Create and submit your appraisal application online.

Complete Your Payment

Assessment and payment transactions can be completed securely through the online system.

Access Your Documents

Requested archival documents can be viewed and accessed quickly and easily in digital format.

By providing online access to archival records, the system enables secure retrieval of historical documents while significantly reducing processing times.

Mayor Eşki: “We Are Transforming Bornova into a City that Produces and Uses Technology”

Bornova Mayor Ömer Eşki emphasized that digital transformation is not only a technological innovation but also part of a more effective and accessible approach to municipal governance:

“Ensuring that our citizens and stakeholders can access municipal services more quickly is among our top priorities in Bornova. Through the projects developed at our Smart City and Innovation Center, we are preparing our city for the future while simplifying service processes with applications such as e-Eksper. Our goal is to make Bornova a city that not only uses technology but also develops and produces it. We will continue our work with a transparent, accessible, and modern approach to municipal governance.”
